The staff were amazing! They helped get us a taxi when we were stuck. The buffet breakfast was a feast too! Just wish there were more parking spots.

Kindness of the staff. Iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk available in the twin room. A good choice of options, fabulous food.

The best location for visiting the Sanctuary - right across the street. The window of our very comfortable room looked down on the Sanctaury Plaza. Excellent reasonably priced hotel. Lots of tourists buses use this hotel, but individual travellers are also well looked after.
Some may find the loadspeakers braodcasting the Sanctuary services intrusive. We enjoyed this as part of the atmosphere of Fatima.

great staff but room lacked amenities.
The staff were really good, especially Patricia, who went out of her way to assist us during a stressful time. The location was perfect, just a short walk to key landmarks. Breakfast was good, with tasty options, made mornings enjoyable.
The room could benefit from additional amenities to enhance comfort.

Good breakfasts, very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Newly remodelled room and average sized, with a safe, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar. Large bathroom and comfy bed. Location - INCREDIBLE, really close to the very centre of the town and Fatima, the destination of the Euro Vespa Scooter Rally 2010.
